I met up with forum legend LT at the villa I was staying in at Pratumnak Hill for an exchange of gifts, A load of Lils samples for me and a couple of Haggis and white puddings for LT.
Had a good laugh chatting at the poolside over coffee & a few beers.

I liked the concept of freezer to ready to eat plate in 6 mins for the pies,
I was also wondering what the pastry would look and taste like after microwaving,
Well we were were very happy on both counts.

Very surprised how good they were after nuking, pastry held up well and was crisp on the top.
The contents were very tasty indeed, a very generous portion of meats the beef was particularly good.
Only criticism some had were massaman pie and lasagna were over salted but I like salt.
I was not to keen on the sausage roll as the contents tasted a bit like pork pie and wasn't greasy enough for me.
Overall it was a great tasting experience for us to try all these samples and looking at the menu all are set at a really low price. (pies 70-75 baht)
The meals were very good tasting as was the roti and rice that came with them. (120-130 baht)
