Not a fair comparison, AO - as you've always been svelte without issues.
Metabolic composition are quite variable in everyone.

Have you photoshopped that- one of your 5 a day on there, or are they allowed to do that now?

    The unsalted ones are inedible.

Those ones are fukkin lush though. Ive got some in the cupboard too and some nice Epicure cheddar and an onion and HP sauce

Oh yes it is. If I did not control my diet and exercise I would be a "Dilly". I moved here at 80 kilos. I know I will put on weight going home as my diet will change. But for the first time in 3 years I will eat what I want. Come back here and take off 3 to 5 kilos. Mexican, Italian and decent breads with every meal, oh yeah...

Good luck with it all, Dill. It is possible as I ate like this for a long time.. and I'm also back at it starting next week. I order in my food from a place called TRIBE which is also organic. The menu is sort of the same you are doing. I wouldn't follow any diet in particular, but just cut out most carbs and junk/white processed/sugar and you should be fine.
It takes some time to see progress, but I'd suggest up the anty on your water intake. If you eat well you can lose a lot more at the beginning. The first week you will lose water weight. Exercise is also key in combination with diet. Exercise will help speed up your metabolism, and don't forget some weights to add muscle to burn even more calories even while at rest.

    How many Kg are you?

    I'd guess you're around around 5 foot 5, 90Kg, 150 decibels.

    No it wouldn't.

    Because if you don't.

You'll go from none from Days 1-8

    To 5 on Day 9.

    To 17,000 on Days 10-25.

Balanced and slow is the key.

AO knows what to do and it just requires a fair bit of discipline.

Fewer calories in, more calories out. A simple formula, but it works.
