I don't have to do anything. I had a last minute date tonight and ended up eating out.
I am proud that I ate healthy at the place where I usually indulge in beer and mozarella sticks.
Tonight, I had what's called a 'Fitness Salad'. Included in the salad is chicken, spinach, hard boiled eggs, baby tomatoes, dried cranberries, broccoli, pumpkin seeds, among other healthy stuff. I used cider vinegar instead of the heavy dressing they were going to give me. I also had ginger tea. Then after that I went to the gym! Booked me a personal trainer for 8 sessions doing mostly kickboxing/muay thai. So psyched for that.
