Let me get this right. You fried the veggies, fried the fish, added packed noodles and "dressing", and somehow you think that is "healthy".
Oh my.
Well, it's not particularly unhealthy, considering the food offerings in the dinner thread.
I rustled up a chicken casserole for tonight. Plus half a can of stout mixed with half a can of lager to wash it down.
Now what shall I do with the leftovers?
Tonight's menu will include fuq all with a side of whatevs. Brekkie is the main meal in my cave.
No bacon where I am.
yep, can't believe the number of posters who post the bacon/greasy pork they're eating.
an english brekkie is nice once a week after a night on the piss.
but, if you're eating that crap (or american sausages, ham, etc) everyday, you might want to think about getting a computer scan (ct) of your heart to see if there's any clogging (not too expensive in thailand).
TB how long has one of your tits been bigger than the other?
Not to say they look pretty pert.
88% of women have natural asymmetries in their breasts. Apparently there was a scientific study done...

Think she may have a complex now.
oops just had a look again its fishlockers bird.
Nothing but class
Couple suggestions (you seem overly obsessed with your weight)…..
· Push yourself away from the trough. Unless issues with diabetes,….skip a meal or two from time to time.
· Have a full length mirror installed on the front of your refrigerator.
The reason for the mirror. Remember years ago you shared a story here at TD where you had taken a stroll in the woods, during an evening out while in Canada and a bear (or wolf?) crossed your path?
You frightened that poor bear back into the woods.
Seeing your own reflection on the refrig as you approach should work as a deterrent for you from opening it.
Will we ever see any guests sharing dinner with you in your home in the future?
You are a desperate lonely individual. You should seek help.
Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.
"Healthy meals"...
Bit of a pet peeve of mine that term. It's so nebulous and meaningless.
How long is a piece of string.
^ A healthy piece of string is longer than an unhealthy piece of string.
Sort of , yes. I have a few challenges.. one is that I have only two elements on a gas stove. I do have a microwave and toaster oven (that I barely use). I mostly cook on the elements. Not many stoves in apartments in China.
The other challenge I have is that I have a very small kitchen with not much counter space. So, I make do with what I have.
I know that often what people think is healthy actually isn't and that many times people conflate 'healthy' with 'losing weight' and can't understand why they aren't losing weight when they're stuffing their faces with all this 'healthy' food.Originally Posted by Thailandbound
