Chico, an authentic carbonara does not have cream, but it's a good addition.

So, you now trawl the net to find the same recipe that I posted earlier and which Oliver has clearly learned from his time in Italy. And it keeps it simple with eggs and cheese.

My missus is doing a range of microwavable dinners and the feedback she gets, being mostly positive, ranges from PUT MORE GARLIC, ADD LESS GARLIC, WHERE'S THE MUSHROOMS, WHY MUSHROOMS, WHY THYME among other constructive critical suggestions.

As Luigi posted some ingredients are very expensive and or hard to find here.

I told her to just do your best as you cannot please everyone.
