I'm pleased to have initiated so many comments!
To be honest it was a bit carby and stodgy with the thick bread I used. I reckon it would have been better as an open topped sandwich, maybe even on toast instead of bread... but can an open topped sandwich be a manwich?
Also, it just fell apart when I ate it. Maybe it would have been even better not as an open topped sandwich, but without the bottom bit of bread as well... ie, cottage pie.
Looks like it might have been a Manwich fail, but fine effort nonetheless.

There was almost a terrible misunderstanding there due to my poor eyesight which mistook the cheese and salad cream combo for pineapple.Originally Posted by Dillinger

I'm doing pan seared tuna steaks tonight... but if I could only find sliced bread big enough to fit my toastie maker, I'd prefer a load of cheese and baked bean toasties to be honest!
Good... a report later!
