RETURN OF THE MAC McDonald’s restock Grand Big Macs after they sold out EVERYWHERE – but some burger lovers are still not happy

Fast food fans were left in a pickle after Maccy D's limited edition new offering sold out.




McDonald's brought out two new sizes to celebrate 50 years from the creation of the Big Mac and the bigger of the two has already sold out just three days into the launch
Some dashed from restaurant to restaurant to try to get their hands on the £3.99 supersized version of the fast food giant’s classic.
But this morning McDonald's announced that the Mac was back after restocking the 741 calorie behemoth of a burger nationwide.
Some happy customers took to Twitter to boast about getting their hands on the treat.
But others were still reporting shortages with Abbey Lawson writing: “@McDonalds wanted a Grand big Mac whilst available and ended up with a regular one but charged for a Grand!!”
Another said she was "fuming" after being informed her local restaurant did not have any burgers left.
Kayleigh Harrison wrote: "Fuming with @McDonalds, I went to buy a Grand Big Mac only to be told they had non, poster says available until March but obvs not! How can McDs run out of Big Macs?
"What is the world coming to?! I have never been so disappointed, I feel so let down. Gutted doesn’t cover it."
A spokesman for the company said: “Due to the overwhelming popularity of our new Grand Big Mac some of our restaurants experienced higher than expected demand resulting in the burgers being sold out for a short period of time.
“Customers should be able to get their hands on the Grand Big Mac at restaurants across the country from this morning if not before.”

On Friday many were greeted by signs telling them it was unavailable. There were reports of restaurants selling out in Teesside, Devon, Fife and Lincolnshire.
One branch in stoke had a sign saying: “Unfortunately we cannot sell any Grand Macs due to a national shortage.”
The limited edition was launched, along with the scaled-down Mac Jr, to mark the 50th anniversary of the Big Mac. They will be on sale only until March 20.

Didn't taste too bad, but i'd rather of spent the £4 on a nice lean steak.
