I dont like my burgers either rare or too well done. Say medium well so that the inside is nice and juicy but not bloody. Do like my steaks medium rare but not my burgers.

got a few over for a drink, fell back on a load of Angus burgers, with sliced onion, tomato, mayo, salt and jerk sauce - tastes better than it looks, 8 disappeared.
