I can't wait to try a slice...
After an hour and a half of boiling...
Sliced up...I couldn't wait to try it...
It tastes friggin great, though I added a touch too much salt. Damn good and well worth the money. I sliced up half of it paper thin for my sandwiches this week and the I'll do a slab with cheese sauce later in the week.

^Now that looks like corned silverside. I have no idea why you'd be adding salt, as that's probably the main ingredient it's been injected with already, so they're salty enough straight out of the pack. Anyway the pic is what I've been waiting to see, will contact them and see if a delivery can be organised or else I'll get some next time in Bangas.
Next time, it'll be just a pinch...Originally Posted by Headworx
What i really appreciated is that the chunk of brisket stood up to razor thin slicing, right out of the pot. We took the remainder of the brisket and put in the fridge with a bit of it's pickling juices to keep things moist.
Looks great. Will definitely pick up a couple next in Bangkok. Too bad they don't deliver up country.

I'll see what I can do...Originally Posted by crackerjack101
