That Scampy, kind of reminds me of the kind of shopping my Mex wife did.

We were having some work done on the reefer/freezer and was at their shop, they also had a kind of second hand center too, just as most Mex places, they are crazy for used stuff at a good price.
So anyway after we were in the pickup and leaving she said, "Look at what I bought for 7 peso" and it was a charcoal chimney starter, right handy as I did a lot of char cooking, it had on the side a ACE sticker for 18 peso, Good deal I tells her, then she asks me what it was used for.

Kinda like scampy, buying Lee&Perrins and don't know what to do with it.

Ya, I bought some starter pots on sale for $10. Real cheap -- the guy said so. I put them in my pseudo garden shed for next year.

BG, it's LEA & Perrins. I use that in Bloody Marys: lotsa vodka, tom juice, salt and pepper, raw egg, L&P. Hangover medicine. Makes you throw up so you can go back to bed and sleep peacefully all day. You can also use it (L&P, not the throw up) in chili con carne, stews, stirfries, anything you splash with soya sauce. Same same, only English.
Hang on a minute, WTF am I doing in Lamphun? OK, it has a river and some lakes, but you know what happens when you swim in fresh water? You get leeches and those worm things that go up your bum and grow into BIG worms that move up to your armpit and then down to your toes and you have to pull them out bit by bit everyday from under your big toe's nail and if you pull too hard you rip the head off and then it gets stuck there and I think you die.

Much of the feedback specifies using ingredients that are already found in the ingredients of Worcestershire Sauce. Boost it up to your taste with the same ingredients that are already in it is always a safe tip.
I like to mix it up in ketchup, salt and black pepper on the dinner plate with steak and blend it in the juices from the steak a little for a steak sauce dip.
Be careful, you can ruin a dish by using Wocestershire Sauce. But if you make things with ground beef then a splash or two will enhance the flavor especialy with some minced onion and a little ketchup, salt and black pepper.
