There's some porn on the TV tonight, so good to whip up some porn snacks.
Can't go wrong with a tasty Kor Moo Yang.
Unfortunately I'm off rice and beer for a few weeks. So leaving out both the sticky rice and beer, I bought 6 big bottles of San Mig Lite as an accompaniment instead.
Start with yer Kor Moo.
Then a nice big marinade of oyster sauce, fish sauce, palm sugar, lemon grass pulp and a dash of whiskey. I find that Thai whiskey dissolves the plastic box, so best to opt for something a bit better.
A drop of Fiddy does fine.
Being Italiano, I add a smidgen of thyme.
Leave overnight, or not. Will wrap it in foil and do an hour or two slow cooking in the oven first (100 degrees) before basting with the marinade again and burning it on the BBQ.
