All right fellow dwellers and assorted deviants. No gay eggs or mincing hot'n'cold veggie shakes. It's all about the meat.
Put on the self titled masterpiece
Let your immediate village/moobahn listen to it too.
And head to the meatlocker.
What I used;
Strip of dead cow imported from the finest QLD pastures and butchered whilst being hand massaged and listening to the calming sounds of Tubular Bells..
Onions, dead cow's best friend.
Tomato
Chilli powder
Black Pepper
Teriyaki sauce
Honey
Some sort of bread
Chips
Rough chop and brown your onions. Not too much as they will be there for a while.
Add tablespoon of coarse black pepper, tablespoon of chilli powder and 1 1/2 tablespoons of honey.
Cook on a med-low heat until the honey has glazed the onions.
Add half a cup or so of teriyaki sauce. Stir while simmering until it reduces to a jam like state.
BBQ out of gas again so...
Pan Fry well seasoned dead cow in a hot pan, 30 seconds a side.
Wrap in foil, douse with man sauce and into the "oven" for a few minutes.
Construction phase..
Walla! I call this piece Hot Teriyaki Onion Relish and Tomato on Dead Cow with Bread and Art Deco Chips Amongst Savages.
It will form part of my post-modern collection.
