Thread: Late Night Snack That Put A Spring Back In my Step.

It's 11pm and I need a munch, then I remembered I had these slimy little fuckers in the freezer.





Knocked up a bit of a marinade with lime, ginger, chilli sauce and coriander. Deep fried them and served them with a basic salad with a bit of Balsamic vinegar.





It didn't look very appetizing but it was actually very tasty. I would take frogs legs over chicken wings all day long. I was still fucking hungry though. I can't believe I didn't cook the other four at the same time.

Never had frog legs, it just doesn't appeal to me although everyone that has sampled them say that they taste good.

Frogs legs are tasty.

Cooking them without cutting them in half creeps me out, though. They look like half a person crawling around in the pan.

A few bread crumbs before you fry them can make them look a bit more appetising.
