Umm no - if you read the whole post, you would see the desired effect, and why they are cooked so long. So one can assume you both cook beans in a microwave because you are a both shit at cooking lol

Oh, just made a batch of baked beans tonight. Bloody stupendous they are. No sugar, a touch of sea salt. We're gradually managing to cut out processed shit entirely in our household and get back to real food (except the Midget went and bought a load of plastic yoghurt today ).

post up your recipe then. I have thought about this a few times and jarring them up, or even freezing small portions for convenience.
