German minced meat cake with cheese Leberkäse
This meat cake can be eaten freshly baked, hot, fresh from the oven but also cold, with cucumber salad, in buns.
It goes well with mustard, bread, buns and a pint of cold beer
The meat must be very cold. By kneading it heats up and becomes sticky.
