Well I have heard of this twitter marlarkey and kw has explained how to use and post on it, got to admit I haven't bothered reading this thread nor do i bother reading twitter, anyway on with my first twit.

I had a pretty good poo this morning, 4 pieces all pretty firm, in about an hour I shall be having another one due to eating so well today, think its gonna be quite a stodgy poo, shall update as it gets nearer to the time.

PS, do we post pics with twits?

Just had a real genuine Thai Barbaque delivered(spelling).You know.the earth plant pot with charcoal on fire in it.(Grammer?) Great food for next to nothing.Plus a couple of bottles of Heinekin. Yummie.

oh yes, my dear neighbours had a nice party last night

they BBQ'd (spelling?) a whole salmon, and there was a big ham, chicken and great salads. Wife made and cooked millions of vegetable spring rolls
