Could easy be. But what would you write down if you were to order one?
I’ll settle for thread specs and size.
It’s a crossover from my grease pump to hose.
He's cracking the gay innuendo but i am right
My fitting is a 1/4" JIC Male X 1/4" NPT Male crossover.
This one is made in Thaiwan.
BSP should be shut down for creating the tapered BSPT by the way.
To be honest, it was the only grease pump we could get our hands on from the yard as we have a WOM Valve that's a bitch to open and close in a hurry.
The hose whip it came with was JIC so we had to convert. I generally avoid aluminium and copper connections due to low pressure ratings and trust issues.
Anyway, there's a different problem with the valve so I fucked off the pump in the end and used the rig's as it's not up to spec for the weight of the grease we have.
Lang may yer lum reek...
We use compression fitting on tubing, control lines and hydraulic units. Normally 1/4".
Bigger stuff is normally on Pneumatic units.
