In that order. Though sometimes go completely nutzo and put blank, or even a sneaky blunk, before campy.

If 3, or sometimes even 2, of adieu light up, will shoot for a 2, before regretting it and getting a 6.

I use "raise" quite often to start and if nothing shows up I go with "shout" or "cloud" to follow.
However I go random probably 50% of the time. Willy likes to call it magic but getting a good start is exactly as you stated "more luck than judgement".
