Once in a dermatology unit in S'Pore because I got some weird skin disease from swimming in shitty water off Madagascar and the specialist had never seen a case of it outside of a textbook and the second time when I had a tree sapling go through my knee after a motorbike crash and the infection and splinters were a sight to behold 24 hours later when they came to change the dressing.
