I really don't think you nderstand how this works.
Things that would occur naturally in speech. Salt and pepper, up and down. etc.
Any two words could be linked with 'and'. fast and car, for example, but you'd never see that used in conversation.

It was my go, so I added an example from my little brain; so it's not your common collective cliched and , but fully within the rules and thus valid.
