1 wrong, the muslim one

I missed 6 but I was rushing. I would have done better if it was a for real quiz or if a beer depended on my responses.

I got the exports one wrong. My first choice was right but I thought it was a trick question

6 wrong, but there were no questions about golf and only one about mongering.

I quit because my network sucks so bad. But I was doing OK

Got 5 wrong but I didn't agree with the answers and think mine are more likely correct.

No, I got the mongering one right.
I think I got the exports one wrong and the food ones.
If I remember tin and rubber are the biggest exports, I thought oil and gas looking at the size of Mattaput ad considering oil etc represents 25% of GDP.

Especially since that question is wrong.

It asks what two countries Thailand declared war on in the begining of 1942.

It tags the "correct" answer as UK nd USA.

Prblem is, the Thai declaration of war on USA was never delivered - the Thai ambassador there refused to deliver the declaration, and as a result USA is did not declare war on Thailand in return.

Its interesting that this later caused a difference in how UK and USA wanted to treat Thailand - Uk wanted them treated as a defeated enemy, USA wanted a softer stance.

Anyway, on the quiz - first question - wow - who knew that!

Stickman says the US offered to unfreeze Thai funds if the Ambassador did not formally deliver the declaration, which made the decision easy. I also read something similar to that effect a while back on another site, though it made little difference on the fighting front since Brit planes bombed Bkk with American munitions.

Brit still got 3m tons of rice and some territories, but US stopped them short of pwning Patpong.

Forgot that Thailand wasn't Neutral during WW2 & that National Day is Dec 5th. Thought that was the King's Birthday?

did the uk one, got so many wrong i should have been deported, did the honourable thing and left.
