How about, if you buy a banner then your establishment gets pinned to our members business map ?

Well it must of reached the stage on Teak Door where DD could make some money by getting these business guys to buy the banner and then they get the opportunity to go to a pinned page where all these brilliant little business threads can be viewed.

As it is now they get buried and unless some one brings them up they wallow.

By being able to go the pinned page they will always be getting up dated and viewed.

I'm sure it could be a winner if done properly and very useful to us guys that actually like to get around Thailand.

Having a contact in many different towns would be very helpful.

Yes,I think this is a good idea.DD could some money with it and it would be good a place for people to check out different businesses in different parts of the country.Visitors from all over the world might find it helpful.Needs to be considered.

Yes DD,I would like to build a web site,but need some help in that area.Also,for a while now I have been thinking about getting a boat.I have been a scuba diver most of my life.Intoduced diving to Aod when we first met,and she loves it.Ko Samet is right around the corner.We both enjoy Ko Samet.A boat would be great for us but there also may be potential for taking folks over to the island for day trips.Maybe for some snorkleing.If it were a business, might be a problem with me being the pilot.I think all the guys running the boats in Thailand have to be Thai.Not sure if I want to get involved with it business wise.But still,I've got to get a boat.

Loads of people here build websites, work on your content first, you need a 5 page website at most, then get some quotes.

PS I don't build web sites.

Boat captain you can't be, but you can get a work permit as a dive instructor.

Working on the web site a little.Problem is I just don't have much time.Most days up 20 hrs out of 24.Sometimes up a lot longer.When I do get it done I'll advertise on TD.Not interested in being a dive instructor.When I do quit this shit,would be nice to have a boat though.That Brit friend I mentioned earlyer just bought a new one.Nice.Was thinking about a Rib Boat.Not sure.

They would have there hands full.If I can't captain the boat,I wont open a day trip service.But might approach some operators about using them thru Mikels.Or maybe offer advertizing,brochure,on my web site,something like that,who knows.I know the owner of bb divers at Koh Chang,will see if she wants to put info at Mikels too.I've found that if I can steer people to other businesses sometimes those businesses will steer people to mine.Will have to see.It's been said that you get more flies with sugar than you do shit.But that's when your dealing with reasonable people.On the other hand,might be best to just sit up on the deck,drinking a good single malt scotch and smoking a cuban cigar.Maybe thats what I'll do.HaHa.
