.......then start all over again in the morning!
I'm a Harley rider then, as I phone up my tuk-tuk chap and he finds me and takes me home to the Midget.

Is that the Irish dry stout which I've just tried at around 4.1 %

Was talking to a mate in Malaysia the other night - he was moaning about the Malaysian Guinness - reckons the quality/strength and taste has gone down and the price has gone up over the last couple of years.
The local pissheads who used to drink Guinness ( mainly Indian - like my mate)now have developed a mutation !!
A bottle of Malta ( see previous post - a non alcoholic Guinness for Muslims ) with a generous shot of vodka does the trick now !

    Why?

Adman's Oyster Ale is/was brewed every Autumn and isn't that Irish Stout stuff you depicted above. Maybe they don't make it any more?

^^ For calling me a cock I believe you got the impression I thought Adnams was in Ireland and not southwold, Suffolk for some unknown reason

I'd forgot about the Oyster stuff and as this dry Irish stout of theirs was the last stuff I'd tried for Adnams I thought it was the stuff you meant.

Don't you think I would've called it Adnam's Dry Irish Stout in that case and not Adnam's Oyster Ale?

$1 a can happy hour in Cambodia.
ABC Stout has be drank really cold if not, it's um well pretty much un-drinkable, mind you though it is quite pokey i belive something like 6-7%..
I hear that the Khmers like to drink it mixed with condensed Milk and Coke Cola ...
The Malaysain stuff is just disgusting, i remember drinking a pint of it in Chiang Mai once and the taste just overpowered the otherwise lovely Beer Lao that i started drinking after it and stayed with me for the rest of the night, that one horrible pint of disgusting Guinness ruined a good nights drinking, the only way i could clear that taste was to drink a hefty glass of vodka...
    Travel lightly ....
