Koh Chang and Raileh in the early 90s were great, except for the coffee.

What kind of fool would go there without medical and road insurance?

Been to most islands in Thailand and I liked Koh Chang and ranks at the top. It is a bit more relaxed then the other islands and the nature is nice.

Went exploring around there and found a lovely load of waterfalls and pools off any tourist track, and was so quiet got a bit of skinny dipping in.

Who wants to see the pics?

Snakes .. phh! .. you guys aren't Aussies are you? I've yet to meet a snake that wanted to hurt me. Leave 'em alone and no problems.

That's why Steve Irwin carked it. He just couldn't stop annoying animals!

Hmm, considering that you have been to most islands in Thailand, did you ever visit some of the islands to the south of Koh Chang which will make the above statement somewhat self contradictory. ?

Well, it doesn't take a genius to figure out the missing word. Sometimes I type so fast (and am probably multi tasking at the same time) I miss something out.

    Never mind. Ce la vie!

Koh Chang is quite a small island, so laying low would not be an option.

    So..sigh...I'd have to pay.
