I know I got moaned at for posting large pics, but I think your's are too small DD - I'd have to borrow Macha's wanking magnifying glass to see those!

You didnt get moaned at Marmers. I did it meself today and had to edit with a resized version. Its early days here still and I think that there is a mod that will be configured to automatically resize pics no matter what size. Untill it is we are going to have to tidy up after ourselves.

I am from London and I have never heard of it Icey!!

however, my friend Ike the dict says

One dictionary that does deal with "mook" is the recently published Volume Two of the excellent Random House Historical Dictionary of American Slang (which I will call "HDAS" to save space). According to HDAS, "mook" means "an ineffectual, foolish, or contemptible person," so your definition is certainly in the ballpark. The earliest citation HDAS lists is from 1930.

so it is US in origin
