Hmm. Got a pal coming, and looking at some prices on agoda.

davis (suk 24) for 1,500 baht per night is pretty good.

The bedroom ladprao 578 baht! (not my cup of tea)

Unknown 4 star, sukhamvit area 1,343 (probably worth a punt)

Grand president 1,600 (that place is pretty ok)

    nasa vegas hotel - ???? 585 baht

unknown 4 star in ratchadaphisek area 1,305

    Boss suits nana 1,274

    Bangkok palace 1,263.

Hmmm some cracking deals at the moment.

ND ... I've gotten that deal of the Grand President a few times ... and it's a bit of a ruse.

The GP, some time ago, bought a 3rd Tower across the road. The rooms are barely 3 star.

But you do get full hotel access and I LOVE the breakfast there ... but then again, I'm fairly easily pleased. Plus the GP's location is great and easily accessible.

    Just a heads up.
Someone is sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago ...

So that's why some say 'Good 'ole Dilly'. I thought it was because ol' Dilly was good.
