Mid, I really appreciate your contribution to this forum but sometimes you do come up with some crap posts.
Anyway Fuk Mid for turning my " Walk Around " into a political rant, I'll just carry on.
Buddha gets a start here.
On the right hand side of the lake people carry on with their morning aerobics. The park consists of one large lake and many smaller ones. Superbly thought out with botanic garden like plants and trees.
In the middle of this park there is an Amphitheater, you can see it in the distance. Yesterday on my walk around they had a superb band belting out some great vibes. Party time in there. One of the only spots where there are no tents. Shot some nice pics yesterday and will up load them later.
That pic of the washing machine in the park was just amazing, and I have never seen buses used as portaloos either.Unbelievable levels of organisation. I hope they don't overfeed the fish.
The park would be a great place for a photo thread when everyone has gone home.
Heart of Gold and a Knob of butter.
First aid tent set up, there's a few of these around.
You know Chass, the parks still a great place to be.
I don't mind the people at all as there friendly and just doing there own thing. Lots happening down there, lots of music around.
Besides the protesters you still have all the neutral people that are carrying on enjoying the atmosphere.
People still doing there exercise in the outside gyms but the Aircon gym is closed down. A few people will be pissed at that.
The rubbish pisses me off but when all this is done the park will be sanitised, all that will remain is the dead grass and 24 hours after they go you will never of known the protesters where here.
I've seen it all before, only the dead grass will remain but it grows back quickly in Bangkok's heat.
People carrying on with their exercise.
Plenty of portable power around the park.
Plenty of these buses parked around that have transported the people into Lumpini.
Lots of hard ware tied up in this park.
Lots of shitter buses around.
Another first aid post.
boys unloading the free water.
Pull up a spot anywhere.
Not much room around here.
This about half way round the park and a really nice part of it. Good spot to throw the tent up.
Moving right along, one of the stretching stations.
Lucky this is the dry season Eh.
Where ever people gather for whatever reason the Thais crank up the business. Adds to the atmosphere.
