Great post mate, me and the family go to K K zoo a lot, we just love the fresh air and greenery. I used to ride trail bikes a lot in Australia when I was young, I still have the urge to do it in Thai but am too old and my back is wrecked so it will remain a dream. I would not be able to walk after 30 minutes on a trail ride now.
I remember a ride in a large quarry once when I raced up a hill as fast as I could go due to the steepness only to find that they had gouged out a foot high drain on the ridge to stop erosion...and me. Hit it at full speed, did a somersault over the bars, landed on my back and to my amazement got up and walked away without a scratch or ache. Only damage to the bike was the handle bars had been pushed forward to their limit, I must have been holding on pretty tight.

And I bet you still had a smile on your face! There is a Thai guy I have ridden with a couple of times, in his late 50's and still races dirt. He shows up most of the young kids!Originally Posted by rossconew

Fantastic, well done "satonic", #14 gave a very clear idea of terrain and gradient. Looking at the photo's in #1, i would suggest you try dropping the tyre pressure by as much as 10 to 15 psi and re-inflate when finished.
I hope you intend to keep this thread going as its most-excellent.
