Wow ....a bargin....its almost tempting me to move up there...
If I had not bought land already i would have been seriously interested.
I had looked at houses around Khon kaen not as good as that for 9,000,000Baht.

it is a bargain. it was built with outside living in mind. One of the balconies is wired for all entertainment needs. There are 5 or 6 gust rooms in a separate building should parties last too long, or family come to stay.
It is quite away from the town centre but the last time i was in Chiang Mai i was surprised how much has been built on the main road, so it's not like you're out in the sticks.
It would be a shame to let the bank have it TBH.
