Not a bad value in my estimation - for top half hardwood.

Back in the day, when numerous homes were built almost completely of valued woods [much older than example above], was more commonplace and reasonable for everyday Thais. Today, not a chance - a secure fortune needs to be attained.

Thaineme thanks all the floor boards are old reclaimed timber some are 45cm wide.

It was a labour of love Charley, but family issues have arisen back in the UK. We are now committed to returning. Im not trying to make a profit in fact we are not even breaking even. But we do need to get back hence the further reduction in price.
The price doesn't reflect what I would like but it is what we need to return.

Agree with Thaineme would is expensive now.
A lot of the wood used is old reclaimed timber. Especially the floor joists and floor boards. Some of the flooor boards are over 40cm wide.

The price reflects the need to return to the UK. We are not making a profit we are not breaking even.
