Looks like I have a few years of work left in me back in the USA so our 2 year old house is for sale in Mae Taeng. Modern electric, hot/cold running water in PP-R plumbing, and modern style 2 story house with 3 bedrooms and an open upstairs studio. House stays very cool with the local winds.
