Thread: 30 year lease

How does a thirty year lease for land/house work? Does the rent you arrange with the landowner remain unchanged for 30 years, or can it be increased at the will of the landowner during the course of the lease?

Normally if you register the lease for 30 years, it will remain until the expiration of lease. Both of you could renew it should both of parties agree.
