Long time thai girlfriend come to canada for marry

I finally bought a house with great job and I want to bring my thai girlfriend to canada to marry. My friend brought his girlfriend over as a nanny for his children. I myself do not have kids but is their a way I can bring my girl friend to canada instead of me having to go to thailand and register for marriage then wait 6 months or more?

I work steady and wanted to find a faster way so we can be together sooner than later

if you are serious you'll find that following the immigration procedures is the quickest way.

Why would I not be serious?

Anyway, immigration procedure is that not getting registered at the embassy for marriage or can she start the immigration procedure process now by getting help from a canadian company for hire.

Any advice would be great thank you.

Here is a sponsor link after marriage http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/informa...cations/fc.asp

Investigate all options, beginning with straightforward ones that apply in your case (fiancée or marriage visa -- they may be different).

A student visa may work (if plausible given her age, and if you can afford the tuition). She can study English in Canada for a year, and go forward from there. For the U.S., at least, procedure is *much* easier (one document, 1-day visa wait) than for a marriage visa (two approval agencies, up to 1-year).

You could bring her as a nanny for your friend's children -- not sure how difficult that is in Canada (nearly impossible in the U.S.).

Tourist visa may not be terribly difficult if she has a middle class background, decent work or assets in Thailand.

Internet is full of relevant discussions, but every situation is unique so nobody else can give you a digest applying to your specific case (unless you pay a lawyer). Do your homework and good luck.

"My friend brought his girlfriend over as a nanny for his children"

That should be an interesting situation, especially in the probable situation that the girlfriend is much more attractive than the children's mother, or is he lucky enough to have gotten custody in a divorce?
