I dunno about Angeles city but I'm in a hotel that charges by the hour in Muntinglupe on the outskirts on manilla because I have to meet a client here tomorrow and it fucking SUCKS.
(I realise that the fact that the hotel charges by the hour means their must be SOME action around here but there isn't a foreigner in siight and I shit you not outside the hotel it is EXACTLY like sukhumvit 5-23 with the hawkers and shit but they're still building the skytrain except it's a freeway. wh clusterfuck. I'm staying in and drinking alone tonight.
I am NOT happy with the fucking Philippines.
2 days, 2 cities a few meetings then I'm fucking out of here. I am annoyed as fuck with this place and these fucking morons and I've only been here a couple of hours.
I seriously believe I am becoming intolerant or something like that.
Actually they have taken care of me with something like aplomb, not really caring for my annoyance but putting up with it as one would a petulant child and taking care of me anyway. From the airport to the hotel staff.
And did I mention the hotel has an hourly rate.
If I could be fucked I'd go out and find out what it is about this district that requires a hotel with an hourly rate.
And I just finished my 10th and last can of bloody beer so I suppose I better go and get some more.
It's one thing after the next.
I was pissed of about something with the room this arvo. Complained like a basterd. Did it fayze them, no. just kept putting me in better and better rooms. What a bloody scam.
Thing is, they've been dealing with foreigners for so long.
I'm off for more beer.
