Thailand has tons of fun sports to do like white water rafting, hiking, and diving.

Is anyone into extreme sports in Thailand? I am specifically looking to go parachuting, bungee jumping or hang gliding.

Do you know of any places or outfitters that have this type of sport?

Seen some advertised.
Bungee juping in Pattaya, wild water rafting in Nan and Chiang Rai provinces. Bungee you buy on the spot, rafting can be booked through local travel agents, should be some on the net for advance booking, too.

Keep in mind safety, you need to think about whether you are insured whist doing dangerous things here. Do you have medical cover, that kind of thing. This aint America, its dangerous enough here without going looking for it.
The best and cheapest adrenaline rush is to take a motorci taxi across bangkok during rush hour
Personally I'm getting back into Motocross this year for my adrenaline fix, fortunatley the private hospital in just down the road from the track

If you want adrenaline you should go to Cambodia. They harvest it fresh from hill-tribe babies there. It's about 50 dollars for a 5cc bottle but that should be enough to last you a couple of weeks. Watch out for the Chinese stuff, they take it from monkies and it's not pure.

Bungee jumping is available most tourist places got a nice one from a purpose made boom of a shallow pond up here nice place to have a beer watch fools jump off a non burning non collapsing perfectly good structure.

Whitewater rafting, I was in Pai last year got plenty of shops running half day and full day runs. Weekend I was up, I think she was Canadian, drowned and died.

Parachuting? Got that up here too.As some one said this ain't the US liability law suits are practically non-existent, safety regulations; the same. Unless you are experiences at any of hte endeavors you choose I would think long and hard about participating. Life is cheap here; attention to detail???

I went white water rafting twice in Thailand, and almost died both times and will never do it again, anywhere. I would suggest doing high risk sports in a country that actually has liability laws that will protect you.

The closest I get to being an Adrenaline Junky is eating a spicy som-tam along with three bottles of beer and then seeing if I dare brave a fart in bed (with the missus next to me)!
