2 br hotel/condo for short stay problem

I am having quite a bit of trouble finding a hotel or condo that will do a single month or even per week rental.

The best I have found is a 2 bedroom place for a month at http://www.evergreenapartment.com/ for 47,000 baht no breakfast, cleaning twice a seek.

Is this a good deal or does someone know of anywhere else? Would really prefer the pruatunam area but if there is a really great place on the BTS or MRT then would be interested.

We are only going to be staying for a total of about 12-14 (in 2 stages) days so if a daily rental of less then 4,000 per night is available that would be great.

Just got off the phone to the grand diamond condo near pantip and they told me they only do a min of 6 months and try the hotel as they do weekly and monthly rentals. Try the hotel we did and they said no they only do daily and to try the condo
News is what someone, somewhere is trying to suppress - everything else is just advertising.

Try Chateau de Bangkok, Ploenchit - Ruam ruddee area, it belongs to Sofitel accor group...

I take a suite there sometimes for 3500 thb really superb...

Grand diamond has narrow rooms, no more thanks...

Amari watergate migth be ok with this budget probably as well or the tallest tower of bkk,the Bayoke tower...

a 4 k budget entitles you to many great places in Bkk...

    I agree. I don't think he's trying very hard.

Have you tried The Ambassador or President Park?

Believe me I have been trying for a month now and am pulling my hair out.

    Remember I want a 2 bedroom place not just a 1br suite.

Really would like around Pratunam and not sukumvit

Will check out the above suggestions now.

Chateau de Bangkok is a little over 6,000 baht for a 2br.

Ambassador looks around 4,300 and looks promising - will do some more research on that one.

    President Park has this listed:

    Executive Studio
    1,999
    Deluxe Studio
    2,199
    Tulip Suite
    2,399
    Orchid Suite
    2,999

Which looks pretty good but what thehell do they mean? Is any of them a 2br unit?

Forreachingme you mentioned you didn't like the grand diamon rooms because they were to narrow. Was that a 1br or 2br unit?

Why didn't you ask her to find a hotel before struggling with it for a month yourself?

CHeers MtD - I was just on that site - nothing jumping out at me.

I suppose I am happy with the price at the drand diamond condo - but with not having a clue what to expect is a bit off putting.

I agree KW - was just pacing it out in my office - and the everygreen one is 82m2 for 45,000 baht a month.

Maybe I should just stick with that

    .

about 5,500 baht per night with aisarooms.com and on their own websiote it says Special Internet Rate: from Baht 45,000 per apartment.

which i would assume is for their 1 bedroom apartment.

Grand Diamond is pretty shitty if I remember correctly

Evergreen is nice, I used to say there all the time, but my contract was much cheaper for the big suite (90 sq.m) suite than you are advertising here. Still, if it's the Type A at 45,000 THB/month, it's not bad.
