Best airline for ignoring baggage limits

What is the best airline who will ignore a few kilos over the baggage limit?

I've been told Thai airways are there any others?

I've been looking at some TG flights that go to Seoul via Taiwan.

You can turn a 6 hour journey into a 24 hours journey if you so desire.

I don't want to get done for kidnapping though.

Can I borrow your new baby Memcock. It will be cheaper to post her back than the big one.
