Weren't doctors doing the same with cigarettes?

You've obviously oblivious to the delicate craftsmanship of the automobile industry.

You try and fit a fragile glass window after a night on the piss day in day out.

American psycho babble is a walk in the park or basic common sense for the initiated.

Haven't you got a four hand massage booked for this afternoon you Leprechaun monger.

    Sheesh ...

My point entirely. Instead of feeble manbitches giving the guy a hard time for enjoying a cleansing ale it should be ‘Good on ya mate’ without any frills.
But the maiden aunts make a bit of spelling out necessary just in case BLD isn’t travelling well and takes the nannying amiss. As has happened.

There’s makers and breakers, lifters and leaners, drains and emitters and so on.

this is an open forum, and i am at liberty to post my opinions. if you or anybody else disagrees with them, then don't read them. use the ignore button.

bld asks for opinions on the difficult situation he faces, and among other things, i have also said he is an idiot for getting drunk on duty.

it was a very constructive comment. and i stand by it.

or are you saying that getting drunk was the right thing to do?

No comment re: BLD's imbibing of alcohol. He's an adult, a father, a husband. He knows what he's doing.

Re: the kids, I think he should have them do more chores & have more responsibility now that their mum is away. The eldest is what - 14 or 15? He's taller than his mum already. Those kids are big enough to do their own laundry & wash their uniforns. They have a washing machine. (I was washing my own clothes by hand at age 10, I think.) They must also learn how to prepare simple food. Maybe take this time for some home economics skills. Just a suggestion.

Ive been getting huge pressure from her friends in Lao and some family .who reckon shes just homesick based on an hours phonecall . They reckon i should fly her home let her enter the temple etc . But they dont know the reality of it. Im standing firm shes not going without us in december and if she still wants to be a monk then go ahead but im not entrusting her to go tjere to let a bunch of meatheads . Tell her to medicate. Because she will need to medicate possibly for months

Shes home with me now for a 2 night visit but they gave her 3 nights pills she is still pretty quirky but i would rather put up with that than see her in that mental hospital. All going good she should be home soon. She seems to have accepted theres a problem and thats why shes in a facility full of loons. This the problem with mentally ill folk. They dont know they are and reject the medication

Sounds like the medication is working.

If she goes back to Lao will she continue to take it especially in a temple?

Sounds like you're doing the right thing.

Yeah make the kids more independent!
They'll pick it up real quick.
