Apparently the registered owner was 57, and the driver, who then took a taxi from the scene was a young chap.

Doubtless related to the owner but will be protected by his policeman/woman uncle/brother/auntie/sistercousin etc who has already agreed the stolen car story will be accepted by the BiB for a nice contribution.

Would you let this end the way so many have without punishment for the aholes involved if it were your family member or friend? I doubt it if you are a foreigner.
