Some chaps here have married ladies not as cute as the one in the original post. There is one Pom here that deserves a wife just like her. He already has her in the looks department. Let us just hope she is just as capable with everything else.

If you're wife is taking advantage of you, then get a Thailand Lawyer on it right away. This guy did get a lawyer before he died so hopefully there will be enough evidence for justice to be served. The unfortunate part is the lack of protection he could get from the police. In the end, the police will probably see it in their best interest to get the people who committed this crime. It looks like the wife won't get enough of his money in time to bribe the key officials. The news coverage of the case makes it harder for corruption to succeed as well.

It's too bad things like this happen giving Thailand such a bad rep. Then again, expats should try to keep in mind how rich they can appear to Thais. Even if we are not rich in our home countries, we often are here even if we don't feel like it. I'm not saying murder is justified, but just reminding people to remember how we appear to some Thais.
