It was a BBC documentary. The women in question were from various poorer nations, including Thailand. What was deducted by interpol investigations in several countries that these young women were tricked, gang raped, beaten and sold like cattle at auction. The Police investigation ended in several convictions of up to 9 years. Didn't mention if any where Grad students, board wives to millionaires, doctors or lawyers! As to feminists I am not sure if they are allowed into interpol. As to the BBC a publicly funded national TV service, well could be, maybe, possible, perhaps.

Just the language proves that it is bullshit. "Gang rapes" "beaten" ect. I wonder how marketable a beaten and gang raped woman is....

The vast majority of prostitutes are smart, lazy and easy going. At least the ones I have been with, or my friends have been with.

I have never used any type of prostitution services from bar girl, drug addict to high end model. But I have spent many years working with the reality that you are in complete denial about. So obviously I think you are very very wrong.

I agree you are not alone in your views of the world. If you are suggesting that the vast majority of women who are in prostitution do so because it is something that they see as a a wholesome and positive career choice, I disagree. You will not convince me otherwise. But please take the time to educate yourself on the reality of the women I feel are exploited, by men and women either for their own profit or satisfaction. For those who believe the exploitation of another human is OK, be they black brown white of whatever race or creed,I have no answers.

I know a gorgeous and smart Thai woman, fluent in English with a degree who happens to have very dark skin so she has settled for the worst British lout I've ever met. If she were in the west, she could have her pick of men.

Again, i never seem to get an answer to this question form people like you. Just because a woman is not a prostitute DOES NOT mean she is a virgin. There is countless numbers of deranged sluts out there that give it away. There are some normal women out there that like to fuck. Both of these types of women could have hundreds of different partners.

So if a woman likes to fuck and has no qualms about having lots of partners, why does she all of a sudden become "exploited" when she takes some money in exchange for sex ?

Some girl that sells her verignity on the internet for $20,000 is "exploited" in your mind. I would say the one that loses it drunk at a party, in a daze, is exploited but that is just me. Not the one who just pocketed 20 grand.
