Too lazy to post the entire story after my amazingly boring visa run today, so here's the highlight (for me):

Whether Thaksin will be safe and secure in any of those far-flung locations is still an open question. "We believe there are certainly members of the military who have contemplated killing Thaksin if he continues to elude the Thai justice system," according to a senior advisor to the Thai government who requested anonymity.

So some Thai military guy is going to fly to another country to kill Taskin? Will he go there by flying pig and take santa claus with him? Hell, why don't they get a tonne of used sanitry pads and cast a spell on him, that should work.

Expect Brit visitors to Thailand to have a hard time if he has any influence left in that department.

Interesting to see if the EU and Commonwealth follow suit as is likely. That will further narrow his options!

He is always welcome in Pattaya. Fly in on one of those Russian planes, land at uttapo and disappear into the dungeon sub soi areas on the "Darkside".

I'm sure he could get a beer at Noi's Bar, no pleblem!
