Of course sexual child-abuse exists in Asia/Thailand, I have come across a few cases myself. It seems to be rather common.
But it is not something you'd find in the English language media.
sex abuse is is very common and crosses all socio-economic, racial and cultural lines.
....personally,I think castration is too good for them....the death penalty ensures no repeat offenders.
