Once again I will post this up as a challenge. That dumbarse OhDOH needs to take the dodgy Chinese shot. He is a propaganda swallowing loyalist. Put your money where your mouth is and take the jab. I am sure your Sinoscumbag handlers can hook you up.
This idiotic bint is a walking example of why we are best rid of these fucking jobsworths.
If countries are maintaining a digital record of who they are vaccinating - and they fucking well should be - it is a few days work to link four fields in a database record for an external query through IATA or someone else:
Name - Passport Number - Vaccine Type - Vaccine completion date
She is showing a complete absence of leadership skills. How the fuck did she get the job?
Greece hopes to open to tourists from 14 May | Greece | The GuardianGreece hopes to reopen its doors to visitors on 14 May, the country’s tourism minister has said as he announced a much-awaited date for the tourist season to officially begin.
Haris Theoharis told the IBT Berlin tourism fair, the world’s largest, that Greece would after this date welcome anyone who had been vaccinated, had antibodies or had tested negative for coronavirus.
“We aim to open tourism by 14 May with specific rules and updated protocols,” he told the fair. “Until then, we will gradually lift restrictions if conditions allow.”
Athens is in a race against the clock to kickstart a sector regarded as vital for the nation’s economy and has led calls for an EU-wide vaccination certificate to unlock holiday travel.
Despite initial reluctance, Brussels has slowly come round to the idea and on Tuesday the EU commission’s vice-president, Margaritis Schinas, said he believed the digital pass would be ready by the summer.
“I think after the last summit there is convergence on the need for this digital certificate,” the Greek politician told the state-run broadcaster, ERT, during a visit to Athens. “It will be a European product and will be the same throughout Europe.”
But Ursula von der Leyen, the commission’s president, has also warned about the dangers posed, legally and technically, in creating the certificate.
Thank you for that, and for thinking of me. My sister called me earlier and told me. I am excited.
It still leaves my wife unvaccinated, but I think that will also be resolved before we are ready to come.
Still monitoring the Thai news online for a final decision on the reduction of the quarantine. I wonder what they are going to do with the requirement for covid insurance for vaccinated people, IMO it is ridiculous to require people who have very little chance of getting infected to get the same insurance as unvaccinated people. But if it means that I get back I would by the minimum required.
The sooner you fall behind, the more time you have to catch up.
A link to your first demand posted here in TD!.
As I have previously posted as a reply to a suggestion by 'arry.
If and when a vaccination becomes mandatory I will, if there is a choice, choose the vaccine I consider that fulfils my particular requirements.
I have no desire to become anyone's guinea pig. Unlike some posting here who appear to wear their yellow star as a sign of subservience proudly. It obviously fits into their master's/gang's obligatory "rules".
My current location is in a rural Trat province location, a Thai province that has had < five local cases and zero deaths attributed to the original virus and zero to any newer mutations.
To my knowledge, our, the whole community and it's single foreigner, has adopted to all Thai government "rules". We are now living, with ongoing caution, the same ways they and I have followed since I first arrived in Thailand 3 decades ago.
Self awareness, caution in all new situations but, having a great time.
A tray full of GOLD is not worth a moment in time.
Kind of a moot point really as there’s several Thai companies that offer covid “insurance” for about 7,000 baht.
It’s completely useless, and all the 7,000 baht pays for is the paperwork to satisfy the insurance requirement, but it gets you into Thailand.
If you want an actual policy, I have United Healthcare Global that is accepted but they don’t pay unless you have symptoms.
Take whatever COVID vaccine you can get. All of them stop death and hospitalization.
Almost every day, we get the same questions from family, friends, and strangers who happen to find our emails: Which COVID-19 vaccine should I get? Should I wait to get the “best” vaccine?
Johnson & Johnson has followed Moderna and Pfizer with an application to the Food and Drug Administration for emergency use authorization of its vaccine. Novavax and AstraZeneca might not be far behind. Not surprisingly, people are concerned about getting the “wrong” vaccine when they hear that some are 66% effective while others reduce infections by 95%.
Our advice is simple: Take whatever vaccine is offered to you. Right now, all of the vaccines are the “best.” This is what we’re doing for ourselves.
The varying “effectiveness” rates miss the most important point: The vaccines were all 100% effective in the vaccine trials in stopping hospitalizations and death. Waiting for a more effective vaccine is actually the worst thing you can do to lower your risk of getting severely ill and dying of COVID-19.
All COVID vaccines stop severe illness and death. Take what's offered.
I still haven't noticed anything on this thread about getting more than one vaccine pumped into people. Just to cover their bets....
Don't wait too long Hoohoo.
Radiological images confirm ‘COVID-19 can cause the body to attack itself' - Northwestern NowMuscle soreness and achy joints are common symptoms among COVID-19 patients. But for some people, symptoms are more severe, long lasting and even bizarre, including rheumatoid arthritis flares, autoimmune myositis or “COVID toes.”
A new Northwestern Medicine study has, for the first time, confirmed and illustrated the causes of these symptoms through radiological imaging.
“We’ve realized that the COVID virus can trigger the body to attack itself in different ways, which may lead to rheumatological issues that require lifelong management,” said corresponding author Dr. Swati Deshmukh.
Pakistan launches COVID-19 vaccination drive, staring with elderly
ISLAMABAD (Reuters) - Pakistan on Wednesday launched a COVID-19 vaccination for the general public, starting with older people, as it grapples with a high degree of vaccination hesitancy among its 220 million people, even among health workers.
The drive will begin with a focus on the oldest people in the community, generally over the age of 80, Health Minister Faisal Sultan said.
“We will work our way down in coming days,” Sultan told Reuters.
According to a survey released last week, nearly half of healthcare staff had concerns over China’s Sinopharm vaccine, which is the only one available in Pakistan for now.
The poll of 555 medical workers conducted by Gallup Pakistan and a physicians’ association between Feb. 12 and Feb. 20 found that many health workers would prefer other vaccines.
Pakistan distributed 504,400 Sinopharm vaccine doses to provincial authorities by Feb. 20, and 230,000 front-line health workers had got a shot by Friday, Sultan said.
One woman, Nilofar Minhas, 65, was happy to get her shot in the city of Karachi.
“I’m now secured against the disease,” she said.
Pakistan has recorded 595,239 coronavirus cases and more than 13,000 deaths, with 1,786 infections and 43 deaths reported in the last 24 hours.
Pakistan has not secured any supplies from vaccine manufacturers and is largely depending on the GAVI/WHO COVAX initiative for poorer nations and donations from old ally China.
Authorities have opened up almost all of sectors of society but on Wednesday reversed a decision to allow large indoor gatherings like cinemas, theatres and marriage halls.
Schools will also be closed again for two weeks from March 15, they said.

I wonder the same. Assume that the J&J is available to me now, would I be able to upgrade to a moderna, or Pfizer vaccine a month later when they become more available? I searched the internet and could not find any info concerning that.
Anyone find anything about that?
WTF? J&J is a single dose vaccine. If you can get it, get it.
The varying “effectiveness” rates miss the most important point: The vaccines were all 100% effective in the vaccine trials in stopping hospitalizations and death.
I would certainly get whatever is available to me First. All I want is something that would get me in Thailand , once there I can buy any vaccine, assuming that they will approve the Private sale of vaccines.
What I am concerned is that J&J might not be one of the approved vaccines by Thailand for reduced or eliminated quarantine, and I might get trapped in it and have to do the 16 day jail term (quarantine) .
PS: wife told me that they will meet to finalise plans for quarantine the 19th
If the Thais are only going to reduce quarantine for vaccines they've approved, you're fucked unless you can get your hands on the chinky shit.
They are more likely to follow the UK, EU or US approved list frankly. They're the fucking tourists they want.
Added: Frankly I would stop playing stupid fucking games and get vaccinated.
That is what is important.
Dumb fucking trumpanzees are still out there.
https://www.texastribune.org/2021/03...masks-threats/When the coronavirus pandemic hit and restaurant owners faced difficult decisions, the Richards family that owns Picos, a Mexican restaurant in Houston, quickly adapted to continue sharing their Latin cuisine — from selling to-go margarita kits to stationing a mariachi band at the curbside pickup.
This week, after Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said Tuesday that he would rescind the statewide mask mandate while the vast majority of residents remain unvaccinated, the tough choice to enforce public health guidance fell to business owners, and Picos announced it would continue requiring masks. But after such a challenging year, the reaction to their decision was disheartening, co-owner Monica Richards said: Several people sent hateful messages through social media and called the restaurant, threatening to report staffers to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
