    It is an ultralight plane.

I was hoping to get an image of it, but couldn't.

Interestingly though, found this ... https://aviation-safety.net/wikibase/wiki.php?id=197474

Never knew this sort of stuff existed.

    This is NO Jet aircraft.
In the post by David48atTD is the accident notification.
The term Experimental is an FAA classification for home built aircraft, they are derived from a kit that the manufacturer puts together a kit and the new owner then completes. The build process has inspection points in the build time line that must inspected by an aviation certified representative and bust be adhered to to be able to certify the aircraft.

It look very much like a "Kitfox" aircraft, (google it).

Here is the FAA portal for home built aircraft, most other countries follow the FAA reg's.

    https://www.faa.gov/aircraft/gen_av/.../amateur_regs/

One thing the that I see being done was the removal of the aircraft and pieces from the crash site, usually this it taboo, as only the relevant aviation inspectors are allowed to give the order once they have given the a/c and surroundings a good going over to fully determine the cause of the crash.

Yes Maanaam, all A/C crashes must be reported and documented. Thats what keeps flying safer then traveling by car!
