130 studends get flu from partying together

Strict quarantine was in effect after more than 130 freshmen of Udon Thani Rajabhat University were infected with influenza after freshmen welcoming activities.

A field hospital was set up by Udon Thani Provincial Health Office and Udon Thani Hospital in a female dorm at the university.

The field hospital has quarantined the most ill patients and is monitoring their condition after 134 freshmen came down with flu symptoms.

It was reported that the sick students suffered fever, sore throats, and headaches.

Sometimes, their ignorance and idiocy is truly frightening but to learn that a supposedly qualified medical practitioner has subscribed to this crap is indeed a fucking worry as to just how inept the profession is here.

No doubt all are on anti biototics. Up country mrs had a cold, a relative pharmacist gave her ab's, you can't tell them it's a waste of time, the relative had a white coat on!

To be fair, currently with swine flu breaking out in Myanmar and bird flu in Viet Nam, it's not silly to take precautions when a large group all come down with the same flu-like symptoms.

Far more likely some form of poisoning or something to have 130 students ALL come down with "flu-like" symptoms at the same time.

My immediate thought was the headline and article was some form of downplay/cover-up of something. Poisioning. Bad water. Bad food. Something that has bad optics more easily covered up by "the flu"

Can't argue with that. Yes, more likely.
But the authorities were right to be cautious. This is SE Asia.

There's a nasty fookin Cold slash Flu thingo floating around at the Mo in Bangkok.

I came down with the fooker a few weeks ago and it smashed fook out of me, nearly two weeks to knock the fooker on the head.

No Antibiotics though, fook that, just rode the MO FO all the way home.

    All good now.

Antibiotics don't cure viruses. They have to run their course or be treated with antivirals. Or be vaccinated.

But they do clear up infection that the virus causes. Sinus/lung/throat etc...

Sounds like a ballroom blitz! I'll make sure to stear clear of Mo's in Bangkok.

In the core at Mil. a bit back some bros' smashed the fook out of me. Came down with the fooker. Knocked a couple of fookers on the head, lucky I didn't get slashed. Managed to drive home.

    Fookin cold bro's

    Yea, I'm all white bro.

Glad to hear you are well Terry. There was a rumor you came back a while ago under another nick due to a similar style of writing . I didn't buy it. I hope the handbag is ok as well. Anyhow it's good to see you posting again. I don't care what these other "mo fo's" think, say or do. Rock on.

Oh and please do another picture thread for those that never get out of thier mommies basement.
I'd throw one out there but I just don't have the time and for another excuse my old laptop's caput and honestly I haven't figured out how to resize the pics on the new one. Peace out, the fish.
