Taxi driver gently fined for whipping worm out to woman

A Bangkok taxi driver who reportedly showed off his penis to two women in different occasions was fined gently yesterday.
The taxi driver, identified as Sulai Boonla-iat, was summoned by the Department of Land Transport after both women shared their encounters with him online, and it turned out to be the same driver.
One woman wrote Monday that the taxi driver, who parked his car on the roadside, got out of the vehicle and whipped his penis out to her while she was waiting for a bus outside Miracle Grand Convention Hotel on Vibhavadi Road last month. She recorded and publicized his license plate number.
That's when another woman came in and said she rode with Sulai before and was also exposed to his unsheathed manhood during a ride. She snapped a photo as evidence.

Sulai admitted yesterday he did pull out the penis to both women, but only due to a medical condition he suffers – because he has hernia!
Sulai was fined THB1,000 for obscenity. His license was also suspended one month, according to the department.
