Anyone know if it's safe to assume that a B Visa is now available in PP if one has all the required documents?

I also want to go to Phnom Phen on 27/06 but I dont know if they will give a Torist Visa 2 entries. If anyone knows?

The attitude of officials at PP is that the Embassy there is for Cambodian or Thai nationals only. Everyone else can fek off.

Marmite is correct. Possible to get Non-Immigrant 'B' there but they are not friendly and I'd suggest going elsewhere if possible.

Tourist visas forget it.

The Thai Embassy was not issuing any tourist visas to non-Khmers last time I was there.
