Non Immigrant B Visa - KL - No Probs

Just returned from Kl for my annual B Visa run, I usually go to Penang but I was told there were problems there so I went to KL for the 1st time.

Arrived to KL LCC by Air Asia from Phuket, LCC is a new terminal for Air Asia and it is 10 min away from the main KL terminal. (Air Asia provide a bus into KL Central for 90 Baht which takes 45 mins) I caught the green bus 10 min to the main airport (15 baht) and got the express train into the centre (350 baht). There I got a taxi to Ampang Area (close to the Petronas Tower), the hotel was round the corner from the Embassy (shit hole wont go back, but there are plenty to chose from). The Embassy opens at 9.30 until 11.30 for applications.
I got there, registered at the gate house, went in, filled out the forms from the gate house and then got a ticket from the security guard. Only two to go, handed in the paperwork, she browsed through, OK, 500 ringets please (5,500 baht). Come back tomorrow at 11.30.

Simple, in and out, 20 mins tops.
Next day

11.30 got to gate house, I was handed my Visa (passport) and workpermit back and I got back into the same taxi I came in. (2 mins)

Excellent.. Train station please, get me home.

Got back to kllcc within 1 hr and half before checkin. Back home to Phuket, the BKK flights are at the same time but check with Air Asia (same as British Rail, we will get you there, but we dont know when)

1st time applicants, you get a 90 day B visa, in this time you have to obtain a work permit, return after 90 days and present your work permit and documentation and you get a one year multi entry B Visa.
