The only conclusion i can come to is that the Ex-Pats pooing their pants regards doing the TM-30 are mainly the 0nes who are to lazy to get on their putor and fookin register.

Myself got a signed copy of my landlady's ID and a copy of my lease. I then went on line, completed the registration form and attached the items.

I then clicked ' send ' and received notification that it has been accepted and is in their system. I'll now wait for a password and I'm done.

Took me 10 minutes to do today.

If more Ex-Pats would just get on board and do this stuff their existence in Thailand would be routine.

The cryin bitches shit me and i do larf when they try and buck the system.

We all know the system will be eventually modified so just going with the flow for now is on the smart money.

Registered on-line using wife's info, got user ID and password. Since then did a trip to Phuket and stayed at the Holiday Inn. So I'm certain they filed a TM30 for my arrival. Got back to Nonthaburi and tried to file - wasn't accepted- get error messages of "data incorrect". Sent info off to my attorneys staff, they couldn't get it to work either - final resolution was I don't have to, or didn't have to file. Don't matter, I documented the whole evolution so if a problem arises the lawyer'll have to fix it.

Really chalk it all up to growing pains. Old law, new enforcement, new system (on-line filing) with bugs to work out - expect it'll eventually be as easy as my 90 day reports - been able to flawlessly file my 90 day reports for years.

Silver lining - now that everybody's concentrating on the TM30 heartburn and headaches, ain't heard a word about "mandatory insurance" recently.

As iam the possessor of the dwelling the TM.30 has nothing to do with my Landlord, I did try to register but stumbled at the registration where it asks for house ID number, I called my landlord (aussie) about it and he asked his thai wife and she had no idea either.

    Yep.
Why bother, as real situations almost always go unnoticed.

Those that become anxiously paranoid regarding these shifty and vaguely enforced policies, don't understand the real workings of everyday Thailand.

Am not in anyway anxiously paranoid about it all but am only going through the motions as work permits no longer have an address and as I intent to buy a new car and scooter soon I'll need a residency certificate because of this lack of address.

Could write a bogus house ID number I guess but I dont even know how many digits that is and is it alpha numerical or not.

Further info to clear shit up.

My landlady went to Immi last Tuesday and registered as the owner so now she is in the system.

I registered online tonight as the possessor and it took me 10 minutes.

Just now I have received an email from Immi saying they are processing it and I will receive a password and log in my email.

I don't even need to do it because I'm on a A-O visa and never go to Chang Wattana. I do my 90 day online and exit the cuntry twice a year so that means I never deal with the filth at Wattana.

I only registered because every fuker was having a cry about how hard this TM-30 is ????

Load of fookin bolliks, fired it in in ten minutes and notification of acceptance came 1 hour later.

    All went down today.

My Pom mate has also done his registration at Wattana and registered online, he has received his password and is up and running.

I'll let ya know when I get my Password, could be 6 weeks, Dunno and don't care.

Fookin orf to Malaysia in a few days.

Play their game dudes, it not fookin hard.

There is another way to play it.

Give 0 fuks and not do it at all, just pay the fine when ya eventually go to Wattana. 800 Bht.

The down side to that is when they bust you ya then need to register and that means ya gunna be at Wattana all fookin day.

The only ones who can escape this shit storm are fookers like me who obtain their O-A outside Thailand and who can avoid any contact with Chang Wattana or any Immigration office within the cuntry.

The bitches who launched the petition were pissin into the wind simply because any pleb with half a brain realises that us white tossers are much better off making an effort to meet Immigration requirements.

Silly fukers could of spent their time doin their TM - 30 the correct way.

    To fookin easy innit.

    Fook me ????

Why the fook would I do an extention of stay if i'm on an O-A Visa. ????

Ya make the fuker work for two years by exiting shit land at the end of the 1st year and at the end of the 2nd year I go back home to Aussie and get another fookin O-A .

Hence why I never need set foot in Chang Wattana or fuk with getting extention of stays or doin stupid TM fookin 30.

Fook stopin in this shit house full time, ya end up totally fooked like many posters on this forum.

Just got back from a road trip up North actually, thanks for your inquiry.

But considering I'm leaving Thailand on Tuesday and will be back in Perth in November making a new O-A Visa registering a TM-30 is of no concern to me.

You do understand that I hope. ????

    Ta.
